Mine is asking for 4 weeks paid leave with only 2 weeks notice. hammerman Posted May 3, 2018 Share Posted May 3, 2018 As a self employed person, childminders are entitled to at least 4 weeks pay holiday pay. Whether they charge half fee or full fee it should be made clear in a contract at the start. The 2 week notice thing is a bit odd though as 4 weeks holiday in a year isn't a lot.
