Hi there,

Hope all's well. Just a quick note to say my May and June Group Classes are now fully booked, but due to high demand I have added a full day class on June 29th and there is availability left for JULY.

Details:

June 29th, 10 - 5

July 7th and 14th, 12.30-4.30

All at the lovely Goose Green Clinic.

I also have capacity for a couple more private classes in May and June, arranged by appointment on a date that suits you.

My focus is ensuring you take a kind approach to your pregnancy and birth, letting go of worries and pressure and equipping you with the tools and techniques to feel prepared, confident and perhaps most importantly - calm! All the better when life is busy and when you find yourself worrying about all sorts of things including birth, especially if that's stopping you from sleeping. You'll come away from the course with practical ways to feel more positive and get a good night's sleep too.
