The flat is bright and clean with a nice garden and feels like a home. It is located on a leafy quiet street on one of the hills near Honor Oak Park. The road has free parking. There are several excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood and several good gastro pubs.

Nearest station:

Honor Oak Park (12 min walk) where you can take

the new East London overland or the train to

London Bridge (in approx 14 min).

The rent is ?650/month and includes all bills and I even have a cleaning lady who comes every second week.

I am a professional female originally from Sweden looking for someone friendly, down to earth and tidy. I enjoy cooking, exercising, DIY and socializing. I am social but I also enjoy my own space.
