Personal Training SPRING SPECIAL

Hey


I'm taking on new clients for individual 1on1 sessions. I train clients at a private studio in Elephant and Castle, but can also train you in parks, or can come to your home/work and bring the workout to you. I'm flexible on times and days and can work around your schedule.


I specialise in fat loss, but also train clients who are wanting to improve their general fitness, speed and agility, increase strength and also those wanting muscle gain.


I have a variety of different rates/packages, so just pop me a message and we'll go from there.


I also hold 2 group Bootcamp style classes a week in the studio. on Wednesdays at 5pm and Saturdays at 10am
