SimonM
>>SimonM...I see killgallon has gone. A big loss? Nice to see another ex-Leeds academy product in the premiership though.<<I think so. But he is in his prime at 26 & it has been clear for ages he wanted to leave, so ?2 million 21 games before he could have gone for nothing is not bad going. He turned down both Newcastle and Burnley before agreeing to Sunderland. I take it you realise Leeds get 20% of the fee? :)) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/18997-football-focus/page/68/#findComment-482531 Share on other sites

Narnia
I had to smile reading news that Gary Cook, speaking of Man City's future world domination was recorded in a pub in New York called The Mad Hatter. My wife used to live in Twickenham and got really fed up with Rugby fans weeing through her letter box Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/18997-football-focus/page/68/#findComment-482552 Share on other sites

Rugby is a bit more civilised, surely. I'm not aware that there has ever been violence between rugby fans - compared to the history of violence between football fans - surely that says it all. And from talking to colleagues who go to games regularly, it does seem to be creeping into fan behaviour as the game tries to attract a wider audience.
