2/3 bedroom short term let needed ASAP

Hello,

We're looking for a 2/3 bed house or flat to rent for 3 months as soon as possible. We'd like to stay close to our current location (Ivydale Road, Nunhead) but we're open to areas that aren't too far away as both of our children attend nursery locally.

We are a young family (mum, dad and two children aged 3 and almost 2). We also have a cat who we'd like to bring with us, though my sister-in-law has room for him if not. Rental property could be furnished, part-furnished or unfurnished.

Please get in touch if you have anywhere that may be suitable and would like to speak more.

  I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them. I am due to take a long-haul flight in two days, and any information regarding the whereabouts of these items would be incredibly helpful.
