nanny share cost spilt question

If you've done a share before pls could you offer some advice?

If a share is split between a family with one infant and a family with 1 infant and a young child in school (ie has to be dropped off then part of share again from 3-6pm and all day in holidays), what would be a fair rate split?

Not advice just what we do - we currently share with a family with 2 school age boys and we split things 50/50

Ours is per family, not per child, or per child's time with nanny.
