Hi there, we are moving abroad for work, so need to rent out our lovely maisonette in West Dulwich/Crystal Palace, just off College road. It has been an amazing first home for our family, and we hope to find someone who will enjoy it as much as we do and take good care of it.

Spread over two floors, it comes with a large living area and separate eat-in kitchen downstairs, and three bedrooms (two doubles and one single/study) and bathroom upstairs, with a further benefit of a private balcony and access to delightful communal gardens. It is on a pleasant quiet road with great neighbours/community, a short walk to Crystal Palace Triangle and West Dulwich for green spaces, shops and cafes, with Dulwich village also nearby. Right next to Dulwich Woods.

It is also well connected, with multiple transport choices:

- 5-7 mins walk to Sydenham Hill BR (Southeastern to Victoria and Blackfriars)

- 11-13 mins walk to Gipsy Hill BR (Southern to London Bridge and Victoria)

- 15-17 mins walk to Crystal Palace for Overground

- 30 second walk to a bus stop (450 will get you to Sydenham station in
