ONE ROOM STILL AVAILABLE - 2 rooms to let in 3 bedroom apartment

Hi all,

I will have 2 double bedrooms to let from mid May in a lovely 3 bedroom apartment. The house is bright and quiet, situated on Kinsale Road, and the apartment is on the first floor.

I am looking for 2 people to take the rooms, which are quite big and furnished already. No preferences regarding gender, jobs or whatsoever. Just need to be tidy, clean and respectful. My lovely cat lives in the house as well, so need to be ok with that.

Would you consider a short term let? I am writing on behalf of my 24 year old cousin from Italy. He will be completing a work placement at my company in July and August. I live in the hood but sadly I cannot accommodate him.
