Morning, my little one is nearly 3 and we've always found it difficult and expensive to buy footwear for her narrow feet. We usually have to go for Clarks but they are too hot and heavy for this time of year, and her nursery do not allow open toe sandals (that usually work as the Velcro straps can tighten)

Any ideas?

Enjoy the sun, thanks.

ahem, meant to say 'poss not if in a clarks shop' tee hee.

must say the narrow feet is a real hassle - I find that in partic there are v few boys' styles, let alone stock, in anything less than an F. we have bought a couple of pairs in F and just tried to adjust (on shop's advice) but you can see they're flopping about a bit.

Not enough people actually get guidence on how to use the equipment properly and therefore either don't get the best out of it or injure themselves. After the refurb I booked an induction so I learnt how to adjust the new equipment because despite attending there for about 10years I was used to the old machines and equipment and at my age (64) I really did'nt want to faff around not knowing how adjust things correctly. As regards advance booking classes I know for sure you used to be able to book a class 10days in advance but not sure about 2 weeks. Good luck in the gym!
    • Wtf. The word in Greek is the “n” word for Black women. Why would someone open a business under this name? People should boycott instead of commenting on food.
