My only thought is to please shoot and publish with sensitivity. Each of those bikes represents a tragic story for family and friends.

I hope your project is based on the losses of life each one commemorates rather than how 'arty' the bikes are, perhaps with an emphasis on raising awareness of the dangers of the road for cyclists.
