Homemade vegan mayo - free

Slightly weird one but have made an unintentionally huge batch of soy based mayonnaise, would anyone like a jar? It won't keep long so I won't get through it all myself. It's quite a tangy one but honestly better than most shop bought vegan mayos I've tasted and no preservatives or weird ingredients. PM me if you want some.

NECESSARY DISCLAIMER: it is dairy and egg free but I cannot absolutely guarantee no cross contamination (I have used dairy in the past) so if you're allergic to anything it's at your own risk.

Lovely idea not to waste it.

Not a vegan myself but sister and family who are Vegans is coming on April 11th.. would it keep until then?
