BillyGNB
Hello,Does anyone have any recommendations for any good and local physiotherapists and/or osteopaths that are specialised in women's health? I am having hospital women's health physio appointments but want to have more regular appointments as well... Tried one at Goose Green Clinic and it wasn't great. Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/186865-recommendations-for-postnatal-and-womens-health-physiotherapistosteopath/ Share on other sites
Zo_Hop
Who did you see at Goose Green? You could try Rise Osteopaths in forest Hill or Emma Hunter at EH physic on Lordship Lane depending on what your issues are? MellowYellow
Huge recommendation for Louisa at goose green. I had severe pgp with my first pregnancy and couldn?t walk by 30 weeks. Second pregnancy I saw her every couple of weeks from 6 weeks and I was a different person. It was incredible. I was in way better shape that I was during pregnancy 1 or post Nat ally after baby 1. She?s really knowledgeable and has a knack for figuring out where any stresses lie. I felt immediately better after each session and had the Condition well under control. Honestly it was life changing.
