We've just seen your flat for rent, and we're really interested.

We live in Herne Hill at the moment and our one year tenancy is just coming to an end. Sadly the property we were due to move to has just fallen through (due to the landlord) and so we're now looking for another flat, and yours looks perfect!

We're a professional couple, both in our 30's and can provide glowing references. We're due to move out of our current flat on 21st April - when our contract runs out.
