Have a double futon bed, good conditions

Letting my own flat and tenant has his own bed.

good price for quick sale. ?60

It takes 2 ppl to move as bit heavy. I eventually have a van for transport. Local only for an extra ?10

Also:

32 inch LG TV in great conditions (roughly 7 yrs old ) hardly used in great conditions ?60

Basic Tv stand ?10

Simple value microwave 700w white used very little ?20
