Pilates At Your Desk (PAYD) is about movement. Efficient and effective movement. It?s a programme of simple exercises put together by an ex-desk slouching economist, turned Pilates teacher, Kerrie-Anne Bradley.

This workshop is perfect those who sit for the majority of the day, and are looking to improve posture, mobility, reduce back and neck pain. Kerrie-Anne will guide you through an intensive workshop of pilates techniques and breathwork you can do at work, home or any where to help relieve stress and discomfort.

After the workshop we will sit down to a delicious plant based lunch.

Menu:

Grilled greens with maple smoked tofu & crispy shallots

Roasted sweet potatoes with tahini dressing

Garlic brown rice

Salty caramel cake with coconut cream

  I used to go to Dulwich Podiatry but did'nt think they were that good and very expensive I have been going to SE23 Podiatry for about 5 years really fantastic knowledgable team and fairly priced https://www.se23podiatry.co.uk/ the P4 bus stops opposite. I cannot reccomed them enough their head podiatrist even went in on a day when they were closed when I had a very sore toe

  That is SO naff!! I never go there but still.... It almost makes me want to turn up dressed like 'Honey G' in full on shell suit look accesorised with a hard hat and a pair of paint spattered workboots just in order for this to 'sedate' 65year old to tell them they need to get a grip or move to Orpington when they tell me I'm not 'suitably attired' and therefore cannot enter their establishment.
