Hmm, this is a tough question, but I suspect they may well be walking their dogs... difficult to prove though

arrggh, this is again a hard one to prove, but I suspect that they are stopping at frequent intervals where there is a post with teh word Bus stop on it, and people gather, therefore I conclude they may be stopping at bus stops (again could well be wrong, especially knowing bus drivers)
