hammerman
I have a carriage/mantel clock that's been slowing down for the past few months. Usually just have to change the battery but that hasn't worked. Anyone have any recommendations for clock repairs? The clock was a wedding present 27 years ago and has sentimental value so hoping it can be fixed. hammerman
Thanks for the recommendation singalto. On Saturday I did what Peckhamguy suggested using a small paintbrush with a tiny bit of WD40 and so far the clock has kept perfect time. It was slowing down by hours before so fingers crossed!
