We will explain the technique and can follow up with more explanations as we go. No need for special clothing. It is free of charge. You dont need to book - it's a large space so bring a friend if there is someone else you know who may be interested.You can come occasionally or regularly.If you are wanting a meditation only, no problem, join us before 12:40 and leave after the meditation.
