According to BBC news is that Thames Water will be distributing bottled water to all affected customers!!!.Tomorrow I will check that our water butt is not frozen up and get bucket of water to chuck down the loo. Not sure if that?s because Thames Water have fixed some underlying problem or rather that loads of people are still without water.
