Writers looking for Readers

Check out the above website please. A group of enterprising writers have set up a website of their work. It currently contains a collection of short stories based around a maths theme. They are all extremely talented. Well, I would say that, since I'm one of them. Please take the time to look at the site and leave your comments. Your consideration of the stories is much appreciated.

I've read some of them without actually thinking of maths at all. I disagree about the background as when you are reading it's not a distraction, for me at least. I thought the password protection kicked in a little too early in the stories. I would have read more otherwise. Good luck.

Choose whichever story you wish to read and a message will come up explaining about how to go about getting the password.

Unfortunately the password is necessary to protect copyright and also because there are agents and publishers who will not look at work if it's been published online.

Please have another go.

No I don't think so, but let him work it out for himself

    • Thank you @pugwash. I’ll check that out.
    • We've lost our beautiful indoor cat who darted out of a window when we weren't looking. We are very worried about him in this extreme heat and with a thick fur coat. He is a big Siberian Forest cat with no street awareness, so please please share and please let us know if you see him. Thank you!
    • Yes, I have. We have gone fruit (seed/nut and mushroom) foraging in and out of London. I'll just recommend a couple of places I've found most rewarding. Wormwood Scrubs: you'll find blackberries, plums, sloes and apple trees. Holmewood (train journey, then either bike ride/cab to the top of the hill or a very long walk): bilberries galore! Be prepared to spend a few hours picking. It's a lovely area to explore and I am sure there are other wild fruits (I've only been twice due to the distance).
    • Had a green woodpecker visit our back garden this morning. Appeared to be eating ants or ant larvae.
