We are a family of 4, moving from West London to SE London, since our jobs are permanently relocating. We love the Bellenden Rd area for its sense of community, shops, proximity to other areas and commute. We are ready to move in the coming months, and must move before January 2019 (primary school admissions).


Ideally we want


- Long-term rental family home. Want to stay in the area long-term, with kids attending primary then secondary school etc.

- We also have the capability to buy, if the perfect home comes up.

- Near Bellenden Rd.

- 3-5 bedrooms. Ideally a decent garden.


About us


- Family of 4 (3yo and 1yo kids). Clean, tidy, non-smokers, no pets.

- Both doctors. Good stable income, with savings etc.

      Great work from Aria - he replaced a shower for me. He was prompt to reply to me and communicated well to make sure i was happy with what he planned to do. His work was good and he was able to do the job in a good time scale.

      I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them. I am due to take a long-haul flight in two days, and any information regarding the whereabouts of these items would be incredibly helpful.
