The classes are suitable for all abilities with a maximum of 20 clients per class - mats & props are provided so just bring yourself along wearing some comfortable exercise wear.I have loved working & meeting people in my local area for over 20 years. I trained to teach pilates with the world renowned ?Body Control Pilates? in mat & studio equipment (including the popular Reformer. I have further qualifications in exercise nutrition & weight management, ante & post natal exercise, & High Intensity Power Pilates (HIP Pilates> I have also trained as a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. I attend regular educational workshops and ongoing training to enhance & inspire my teaching. Come along for a trial class for just ?8 - Mondays 10-11am in Dulwich Village.
