I am looking for a 2 bedroom flat/house with a garden close by North and East Dulwich train stations for my partner and me and our funny and cheerful little son (19 months). We are both professionals and very responsible, have lived in the area for 4 years but are looking for a bigger and quiet flat now.

Hi Jemima,

I have seen that there is a 2 bed house to rent with a garden on Abbotswood Road. 3 minutes walk to the station and to sainsbury's. It's a cul-de-sac so it's not a busy road and there are lots of young families that live on the road too.

It's currently on with Truepenny (I think) for ?1550.00pm

I live on the road myself, so can definitely vouch for it being a great street to live on!
