SOLVED: Recommendation for reliable garden fencing installer needed

Hi, I need some garden fencing put up after the winter winds have blown ours down.

I've had one person not respond to me and another give me a crazy quote, so I was wondering if anyone knows of a reliable and reasonable gardener or handyman who takes things like this on?
