This 8-week, evidence-based course run by http://dulwichmindfulness.co.uk will help you to learn and integrate mindfulness in to your every day life. The focus will be on learning how to ground yourself in the present moment and connect with the stillness and calm that lie beneath the surface of your busy life. The mindfulness practices learned in this course will enable you to understand your reactivity, recognise and step back from negative thinking, relate more whole-heartedly to others and to approach the challenges of life with greater ease and self-compassion. The course is an ideal way to learn a range of mindfulness meditation practices, step-by-step in a supportive environment, or for those who want to reconnect with or refresh their practice.

The maximum number of people in the class will be 12.

Course dates and times

The course will be running in two sections.

Part 1:

Each class runs on Tuesdays from 6:30pm ? 8:30pm and the course will be running on the following dates:

As an essential part of the learning process and in order to obtain the best from the course you will also be encouraged to meditate on a daily basis. This, however, is entirely up to you and there will be no pressure to do so.

    • Aha I’ll check whether it’s set to text and torn that off!
    • Can you clarify please.  Did you attach a photograph to your post?  On what date, and at what time, both in Lordship Lane, and inside Sainsburys (presumably the DKH one), did you see them?  What was their intent in Sainsburys?
    • Have you a more appropriate nomenclature for those predators?
    • The phone number seems to be that used by several  London boroughs for PayByPhone contact( though, probably incidentally,  different from the one give for phone bookings on the company's own website).  They also say, at https://support.paybyphone.com/hc/en-001/articles/11574881494545-Is-PayByPhone-free: "PayByPhoneParking rates are set by the parking operator and should match the cost of paying at a traditional meter. However, some locations may add a small service fee, typically less than $0.50 (USD) or £0.35 (GBP), which is determined by the parking authority." There's nothing on the signage pictured to imply  that the motorist is contracting with the council to pay any service fee for a stay up to 30 minutes.  I suggest someone asks a councillor, to check what Southwark have to say  and report back.
