Jaysaw
Just wanted to recommend this fantastic pop up on Mondays at 57 Northcross Road which is all about a being supportive space for new parents. It's run by lovely people and couldn't be more welcoming! There's a sling library, classes and workshops. Equally you can just hang out and eat cake with other mums and their little ones 😀https://www.takesavillage.co.uk Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/182942-takes-a-village-pop-up-for-new-parents/ Share on other sites
emilou
Couldn't agree more. A fantastic and supportive space for new parents. So welcoming and the classes are fab. They are now doing story time too which my kids love. Amanda1979
Love all the classed I've tried there: postnatal nature with Michele and Emma, postnatal Pilates, how to feed in a sling and also a nutritional workshop :-)Being able to hire different slings before I buy has been great. And the soup and cakes provided by Suzanne James catering are so tasty!!Love this space! rachelb123
We've just seen these lovely recommendations thank you SO much everyone :) To add we are moving up to a bigger space at The lordship pub from Monday April 16th (closed Monday 9th while we sort out the move). We will have all the same classes and services and same welcoming supportive atmosphere for parents but a bit more room for buggies and so on. Food is great there and staff really welcoming of parents and babies so do come check us out if you are around ed with preschoolers of a Monday. Best way to see what were up to is via instagram @takes.a.village or our website www.takesavillage.co.ukThanks :) Rachel Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/182942-takes-a-village-pop-up-for-new-parents/#findComment-1234804 Share on other sites
