HELP - Nanny Share Contracts?

Can anyone advise on nanny share contracts, perhaps share a template?

I've found a nanny who I really like and would like to draw up a contract (either employing her fully and sub-contracting to a second family when I find one, or a joint contract with both families as employers which I would prefer).

Also, what happens when one family pulls out of the arrangement? Does the remaining family sign a new contract or remain on the joint contract until a new family joins
