We are two professional women who are looking for a 2 bed property to rent in or around East Dulwich.

We are looking for something around the ?1400pcm mark and ideally with some outdoor space

We are quite flexible on move in date and would prefer somewhere furnished or part furnished

We are old friends who have lived together before and will look after a place very well!

- The rent is ?1600pcm - but we can be a little flexible for the right people

- It's unfurnished - that said I know the existing tenant does not want to take all his furniture with him.
