Hello all.

I have had two flatmates escape...only joking; they have grown into self-supporting adults and moved out into their own places/gone to far-flung destinations to 'find themselves'.

This means I have a couple of rooms to fill. One is a small double equiped with a futon sofabed (?500/month) and the other is a slightly larger with double bed and own patio access (?600/month). The flat is on the market so I cannot promise a tenancy of more than 6 months, unfortunatly. If you are interesting in buying then I can refer you to the agent/advert.

  I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them.
