Admin Assistant - (Maternity cover)

We're a family run electrical contractors based in Peckham Rye. We're currently looking for an admin assistant to assist in the day to day running of the office


The work will involve:

Diary and time management with allocation of jobs to engineers

Updating clients on various jobs and keeping them informed

Creation of entries into database and preparing for invoicing

Ordering and sourcing of parts and materials

General day to day admin tasks


Keys skills required:-

Self motivated

Ability to write brief reports and respond to email

Computer skills with a good knowledge of Excel

Driving licence would be an advantage


This role is part time approx 20hrs per week (Maternity Cover)
