Furniture removals needed.

I'm not sure if I've posted this in the right thread, so apologies if not.

I have a large three seater and two seater sofa that need moving from a second floor flat (no lift) to just outside my block for pick up from the council.

All I can find are removal men from A to B as it were, rather than just from second floor to outside, do any companies/people exist that do this?

I would give them away but don't think they have the fire safety label, as I got them second hand.
