Our tenant has sadly moved out and we are looking for someone new to live in our 1 bedroom flat on Marmora Road, next to Peckham Rye Park.

Will be available very shortly.

Its ?1,200 per month, photos attached.

We will do viewings this Saturday between 1pm and 2pm before we put it on rightmove and get swamped.
