Resistance training is great for revving up your metabolism and building lean muscle. If you are looking for a way to incorporate some resistance work into your week then why not try my Kettlebell class? The class is suitable for men and women all fitness levels. Beginners start with a lighter weight and modified moves where necessary. The class offers a full body workout and will really help strengthen your core and support other activities such as running and cycling.Classes are challenging but not intimidating. Please note, this class is not suitable if you are pregnant or have had a baby within the last 4 months. Classes take place on Wednesday evenings at The Charter School(7.30pm) and Friday mornings at Honor Oak Baptist Church (10.30am).

  That’s another big hike on the Sainsbury’s mini rolls! I spoke to one of the managers on the day of the anchovies price rise but all he could say was that his store doesn’t set the prices. Very vague and not helpful. i started this thread about price rises in Sainsbury’s and it’s somehow being blamed on Brexit etc!

  And the Sainsbury’s own brand chocolate mini rolls have gone from £1.15 to £1.40 overnight, so 22%-ish. I prefer them them to the Cadbury original because they have a lot more chocolate on them, presumably because they’re made in a less advanced factory. I would think that getting the Rizla thin coating of chocolate that Cadbury’s accountants demand onto a piece of sponge is quite a sophisticated operation. Discuss.

  Another recommendation for Leon. He was able to come out to our electrical elergency within 24 hours of me contacting him. His communication was great and whilst he could not solve our problem, he was able to perform tests to identify this and did so quickly and efficiently.
