Actually they do. The garden next to us was unkempt for years and regularly used by families of foxes. We had had occasional dead foxes but when the garden next door was cleared by property developers they found a surprising number of cub skeletons.

Maybe they've just gone somewhere else?

I once had a fox sleeping in my garden every day, then one day it just went away and never came back.

It never occurred to me it might have died, I just assumed it found somewhere else to sleep!

    • Went to Poundland yesterday, purchased several items, Special offer of toothpaste £1 for 100ml. Assistant very friendly and helpful - an elderly lady with a trolley and on crutches was told to take her time putting shopping away as the assistant opened up another till for customers in the queue. I was also asked if I needed any help (I have a walking stick). There was around 12/15 people shopping whilst I was there. I could have purchased more items but was conscious that with the bus stops by the Library closed, I would not be able to carry more weight.

That would at least make Brexit work *better* than it currently does. " Not sure that is in any way feasible - what would UK give up to get that access? As soon as you go down that road all the usual suspects that got us into this mess will all be squealing all over again (spoiler: the Uk doesn't think it has to give anything up)
    • We like Radha Krishna Bavan, a South Indian restaurant near Tooting Broadway station, but sadly they don't deliver. They have really good lunch deals and the food has been excellent without fail so far, plus too much to eat (doggy bags willingly provided by the lovely staff!) Probably wouldn't make a special journey to go there, but go there quite often for lunch when visiting my niece, who lives in Tooting. Can't remember if they do dosas, though
