Calling all mums to be!

You've got your birthplan, but what about what comes after the birth?

My Mothermoon Workshop this Sunday is all about preparing and planning for life after birth so you start motherhood feeling prepared and confident.

Drawing on what I know as a postnatal doula, antenatal teacher and mum of two, I'll be sharing what you need to know about how to look after yourself in the days and weeks after birth so you can give yourself the best start to motherhood.

We'll talk about:

🤰your body and well-being after birth - what to expect to how to look after yourself

👶understanding your baby and how you can help them adjust to life on the outside

👩‍❤️‍👨 creating your circle of support

✍️writing a postnatal plan

You'll come away from the workshop with a better understanding of all of this and your own postnatal plan. Everyone will also receive a goody bag full of new mum treats and a recipe book filled with delicious easy to make food that will nourish you in those early weeks.

I'm currently offering a discount - use the code 'mothermoon' when booking and receive ?15 off your spot.

    • I'd be interested if anyone else has this as well. Up at Crystal Palace you now have to pay with the RingGo app. It should be free for an hour. I'm on Android and it comes up as free. My wife has an iPhone and it costs 20p every time. Same app, same location, same vehicle, same time. Obviously it's impossible to contact anyone about it and isn't worth the time for 20p but it makes no sense.
    • These two animals rode past me on Lordship Lane, at high speed on the path, all in black on black bikes. I next saw them inside Sainsbury's riding their bikes up the aisles laughing before taking off towards the park. Their intent was clear. My wife tried to excuse them saying that they are probably being pressured by criminal gangs but it looked to me like they were enjoying themselves too much
    • I’ve got all that! it’s just making you pay for free parking that is free if you pay by phone which then charges you! I put in the free time limit. It still charged me
