Dble room from mid Feb-mid April..sole use of flat for half the time.

Hello,

I have a two bed flat and will be working away with work for 5 weeks (in two blocks) between mid Feb to Mid April and am letting out a double room for this period. Apart from a cat you would have the place to yourself when I'm away and the rent would be ?795 pcm.

I can be flexible on exact start and end dates. Message for photos/more details.

  I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them.
