We are looking to rent out our fully-furnished home from April to August 2018. It's a four-bed house on Maxted Road in SE15. It has a double living room, large kitchen diner, one double bedroom, two children's rooms and a home office for two workers. There are two bathrooms, and a downstairs loo and a good length garden with a trampoline. It is a 10-minute walk to both Peckham Rye and East Dulwich stations, handy for many local schools, as well as Lordship Lane and Rye Lane. It would suit a family perfectly. ?2500 per calendar month (bills included). Do get in touch if you would like photos or to arrange a viewing.

  I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them. I am due to take a long-haul flight in two days, and any information regarding the whereabouts of these items would be incredibly helpful.
