Any soundproof treatment company recommendations?

Been looking into soundproofing an adjoining wall against neighbour noises - there's a few companies around but anybody had any first hand experiences of any in particular?

I used No More Noise to soundproof three ceilings and several walls in my flat (https://www.checkatrade.com/NmnSoundproofing/). They were very efficient and tidy and the reduction in noise levels was as they promised. Ask for Hein or Grant.
