Where is nearest police station?

My electrician found something on the pavement outside my house that I want to hand into the police. Is the ED police station now totally shut? If so, where is the nearest one? The Southwark council website doesn't seem to say. Thanks!

The council website won't tell you. The police website might, which is why I requested my earlier thread to be 'stickied'. But there is certainly information on the Local Info tab.

It's not open 24 hours though and the above number does not take you directly to East Dulwich Police Station.
