Bass singers wanted for new local performance choir

Recommended Posts

Hello ED Forumites

Your new local choir needs you!

We have only been running for a term but already have quite a few songs under our belt and a waiting list for most singing parts. We just need one or two more bass singers.

Did you make singing your new years resolution? Then drop us a line to see if we can arrange for you to come along to a taster session. Our new term starts on Tuesday 9th January and we rehearse in East Dulwich.

Our repertoire consists of Pop, Indie and Contemporary Musical Theatre and we are currently working on songs by The White Stripes, The Jackson Five, Tim Minchin and Lin-Manuel Miranda.

For more information please check out our website www.tongueandgroove.london or email us on [email protected]

We hope to hear from you soon

    • If all else fails, a white noise app is good to mask unwanted noises. Sounds like (no pun intended) you might have to have it on quite loud, though .......
    • I'd be interested if anyone else has this as well. Up at Crystal Palace you now have to pay with the RingGo app. It should be free for an hour. I'm on Android and it comes up as free. My wife has an iPhone and it costs 20p every time. Same app, same location, same vehicle, same time. Obviously it's impossible to contact anyone about it and isn't worth the time for 20p but it makes no sense.
    • These two animals rode past me on Lordship Lane, at high speed on the path, all in black on black bikes. I next saw them inside Sainsbury's riding their bikes up the aisles laughing before taking off towards the park. Their intent was clear. My wife tried to excuse them saying that they are probably being pressured by criminal gangs but it looked to me like they were enjoying themselves too much
