Having read through a lot of posts here and on other nanny related sites I would really appreciate some answers to questions where people have had recent, local or London based experience of agencies and nannies.

I apprecaite that some of the questions and answers will be subjective, that's ok. Just looking to cut out providers that do not have good service.
