3-in-1 decorator/ electrician/ plumber

This may be unrealistic, but I have a few jobs that need doing, and would ideally like one person - is there anyone out there who could do all the following:

Make good and decorate a cracked ceiling/ wall after house movement.

Re-seal a shower which is leaking

Re-wire a new integrated washer dryer in (would have to be qualified electrician)
