Classroom for rent

Hi all, Im looking for somewhere to rent a classroom or ideally two rooms (one classroom and a waiting/lounge room) to potentially run a saturday language class (4ish hours on a saturday morning term time only). Any Dulwich knowledge about suitable local venues by any chance?

  I have always taken mine to the main St Christopher's shop, in a bin bag clearly marked "Rags". They have always accepted them. Clean items only, obviously.
