Hi there,

I'm interested in the books you've found most useful on parenthood and birth (if any!) and what sources of local information you've found helpful for things to do with your baby.

I'll be passing on anything new I discover to the couples I teach and will compile into a blog which I can share here in case it's useful for others.

Many thanks and warmest wishes,

Zoe

The Wonder Weeks is an excellent book on early development. It doesn't tell you how to be a parent, but it helps explain why babies act the way they do according to developmental leaps.

It's easy to read and forms a good foundation for implementing other parenting strategies. xx

I loved week to week - it broke everything down into one week chapters - which you read as you go along. So not a long book to read before or once baby has arrived and you are sleep deprived!
