They need permanent flip chairs for the queue at the Post Office. It is a real issue for mobility-impaired visitors who cannot stand for long. I try to avoid the Post Office unless I see there is no queue, but at this time of year it is terrible.


Alternatively people can provide their own seat for when they need it - there are tripod chair sticks which I find very handy for queues, bus stops etc. You can buy them on Amazon etc.
