Electrician needed to test 415v machine

Good Morning,

Looking for an electrician to carry out test on a 415v bandsaw to help diagnose problem -

Check that the winding resistance are all the same value.

Check that you has 3 phase 415v at the motor on all 3 windings.

Use tong tester to check running current is balanced on all phases feeding motor
