Flat is situated in an end of terrace house, and overlooks gardens at the back and is very close to Peckham Common.

Just put in a brand new kitchen with induction hob and built in oven. There's a washing machine, fridge and freezer. Spacious shower room with a brand new double glazed window.

And 2 main separate rooms both with fitted cupboards and 2 more large cupboards on the landing so loads of storage space.

New flooring hasn't been laid yet as the builder/decorator is just finishing up.

The flat should be ready in the new year.

Will need references and 6 weeks deposit (which will be fully protected). Not suitable for children or animals.

?1200 a month.

  I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them.
