Hello

I am looking for a Spanish Tutor to teach primary aged children in a lunchtime and after school club on Wednesdays in Lambeth.

You must have experience of teaching children in this age group and have a current CRB check. You must either be a native speaker or have a very good level of Spanish. If you are a native speaker your English must be fluent. All training and lesson plans will be provided.

This is a part time job currently only 2 hours a week but could be more for the right person.

  Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.

  Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
