adventure playgrounds

my four year old is at a stage where everything is climbing, running and jumping does anyone know of any great adventure playgrounds with rope swings etc nearby

There's one in Peckham Rye park, near the normal playground and skate park. I think they charge and it isn't open all the time (I don't know for sure as my daughter's not old enough to go there yet!)

It's free and open evenings snd holidays and also Sundays I think

The one by sainsburys is more friendly I think but not open weekends

They don't charge and they are open Saturdays but not Sundays I believe. Our 3.5 year old daughter absolutely loves it - a hearty recommendation.

Plus don't forget Dog Kennel Hill adventure playground - some great equipment there!

Hello hello- thank u for your lovely comments :)

Come & visit dog kennel hill adventure playground-were right next to Sainsburys on Dog kennel hill.

Were open in the hiolidays from 10-5 and after school from 3-7, were open access & free.

Were not open on the weekends-I think that Lewisham & Greenwich borough ones are though. Theres a lovely one near the cutty sark...a couple in Sydenham too.
